Short tours of our facility are offered for groups of up to 15 for free, and for $5/person can include a ricotta-making demo and cheese tasting. Tours & Demos are generally scheduled between 10am and 12pm on weekdays, please contact for availability.
Classes include a discussion of the history of cheese, a quick tour of our micro-creamery and, of course, cheesemaking! Please bring a cap or scarf and wear clothing suitable for a manufacturing environment. We provide all the equipment and ingredients, as well as a cheese board for snacking! Minimum of 6 participants needed to hold a class, maximum is 12 at $50/person for a 2-hour class + your fresh cheese to take home.
Our cheese tastings are held in the evenings at CalyRoad Creamery, and are scheduled on a first-come, first serve basis. Flight of wines are available through Boisset Vineyards, who is our wine partner. The cost of the tastings varies on the amount of food provided. If your group purchases a flight of wines, our basic cheese board is complimentary. Wine flights range from $79- $125 on average (roughly $7 – $12 per person), and are delivered directly to our shop for your event. One flight generally covers samples of each wine for 10-12 participants. If you wish to have a Farmers Market Meal or heavy hors d’ouevres the cost is $35.00 per person if you’ve also purchased the wine flight. If you opt out of the flight or prefer to BYOB, the basic cheeseboard cost is $15.00 per person, and the Meal or hors d’ouerves cost is $45.00 per person.
